Rant Wednesday

First post ever on r/fitness and just wanted some advice on my current diet and workout. Details are as follows;

Age - 21 Height - 180 cm (5'11) Weight - 68.2 kgs(150 pounds) Bf% - 13% I have calculated my maintenance calories to be around 2500 approximately. So far have been following this diet and workout for 6 weeks and weight increase has been; 65kgs - 3/10/15 66.3kgs - 10/10/15 66.8kgs - 17/10/15 67.4kgs - 24/10/15 68kgs - 31/10/15 68.2kgs - 7/11/15

Goals - Bulk up slowly minimizing fat gain (used to be 90+ kgs (200 pounds) after living in America for 7 months and over a year a half cut down to 60 kgs (130 pounds) through cardio everyday. Developed a real unhealthy eating and workout regime and ultimately makes me nervouse now that I want to get back to my old strength and size.

TL;DR - Ultimate goal would be bulk to 75 kgs with same bf% and be more relaxed with food and social acitivites.

Diet - 3015 cals total Breakfast - 20 vitabrits/wheatbix without milk (1170 cals) Lunch - 2 wholegrain pita wraps with 250 grams of kangaroo and 100 grams of cold meat turkey slices (550 cals) Dinner - 500 grams of grilled lean turkey breast and 750 grams of lean diced kangaroo (1045 cals)

Workout - 7 days a week full body workout, superset everything and usually takes me just over an hour. Jumping between sets with little to no rest maybe 30 seconds between each. Like to make my lifting sessions like cardio so that I dont have to do any of that.

15x 3 sets - ab work weighted situps on decline with 9kgs 10x 3 sets - squats (20 kgs either side) 10x 3 sets - weighted knee raises (9 kg dumbell) 10x 3 sets - dumbell lunges (single 10 second hold on first set) (22.5 kgs) 10x 3 sets - bench press (40 kg) 10x 3 sets - dumbell shoulder press (12.5 kgs) 10x 3 sets - leg press machine (95.4 kgs with three extra 5 pound weights added) dips (15 reps/1 set) (13 reps/2 sets) 10x 3 sets - leg ext. (100 weight) 10x 3 sets - tricep pull/push (80 weight) chin ups/pull ups (20 reps/1 set) (14 reps/2 sets) 10x 3 sets - bi curl (9 kgs either side) ab twist machine (21 kgs and 3 5 pound weight added) (25 reps/1 set) (20 reps/2 sets) 15x 3 sets vert row (110 pound weight) ab crunch machine (58 kgs with three extra 5 pound weight kgs) (20 reps 3 sets) 10x 3 sets lat pull down (120 pound weight) 30 x 3 sets calf raise machine (245 pound weight) 15 x 3 sets bench machine press (58 kgs and 3 pound weights added) 220 ab work (110 cross crunches either side or 110 crunches either side)

Would love some advice on it all and if there is anything I can improve on. Am feeling a little bit nervous aswell as I have some social events (21sts weekend away and a 3 month holiday/vacation to Louisiana) where Im not going to be able to lift/workout and would love to get away from being so strict with my diet.

Bonus Question: Like I said above I am having a 3 month holiday/vacation to Louisiana from Decemeber to February and would love to drink,eat and party as much as I could as the last 2 years I have been incredibly strict with my diet and workout routine. Anybody have any advice/experience with gaining weight and just enjoying time out of workouts and dieting, and then how you got back into it when you returned home? Im nervous because I understand weight and fat gain will come with the limited workouts and poor diet (have the opportunity to live in the frat house while Im away at LSU for th holiday, which I cant wait for) and just want some reassurance that people have been able to come back from time off and get back into lifting and dieting and lost the bodyfat.

Would love to hear from as many people and get as many opinions as possible. Cheers!
