Rate my (character) setup

Its cool in that its different but the thing that makes it different is that this character doesn't really have a narrative call to adventure. You dont really need some melodramatic family destroying world shattering event to drive your character to action but the idea that they're risking their life for the glory and riches of adventure just because they felt like it after a while doesnt typically make for a super interesting narrative arc, especially if the campaign continues past the first level tier.

Whats to keep them adventuring after they risk life and limb and have some cool scars, stories, and are financially set? Or even just after they realize that its actually more likely then not that they die as an adventurer.
