If I must rate the deck, I'd put it on a 2/10 of a meta deck at this moment. Do note that I don't play Dark Magician decks so I can't help much.
Pure Dark Magician is really bad, you'll have to add some sort of consistent engine, such as a Links climb,
Isn't Dark Magician at 3 a bit excessive? Just wanted to throw that out.
Define why you only have 2 of Called by the Grave. If it's to counter hand traps, it's better at 3 copies.
Have you considered adding Solemn Judgment?
Remove Unicorn, Summon Sorceress, Saryuja and Borreload. You don't have the spam power to make them. The witch got killed in the banlist before this.
since you don't have Pot of Extravagance, you can do the Link climb using 1 Scapegoat. You'll need: 1 Linkuriboh, 1 Link Spider, 1+1 Knightmare Phoenix/Cereberus. After you make these on the field, you put any of the 4-rate Link monsters (Borrel siblings, or Avramax, or even Saryuja). Most people like Avramax because he's too broken.
There's a couple of cards, 'Magician's Left/Right Hand'. You could have them in the side deck, putting them in main depending on your first duel's opponent.
Put as many hand traps as you can in the side deck, since it looks empty. Here's what I recommend you put, but feel free to look for anything else:
Evenly Matched, Ghost Ogre, Magician's Left Hand, Magician's Right Hand, D.D. Crow, Gnomaterial, Phantazmay, Summon Limit, Rivalry Of Warlords, Gozen Match, Unending Nightmare.
