[RAW Spoilers] You don't have to book the match, you know

I don't like the way last night went because it perpetually treats NXT like a minor league. Even disregarding the match itself, they still tread on that territory by all but saying "main roster debut." Keith Lee being the home state guy was destined to lose, but it was nice to see his return being against the WWE champion who just bodied one of Raw's top baby faces the night before.

But, I don't hate the booking decisions per se. If you start to go down a certain path of guys having to win matches, being booked in matches that they can't possibly lose, etc. you make the product way too predictable. Especially with modern fans being able to telegraph wins and losses before the matches start. You have to keep that "anyone can win any match" type feeling going.

I'd much rather see the "I didn't see that coming" type results vs. the 50/50 booking that I feel kills things even more. Either way, you probably shouldn't have the NXT champion look like a chump like that.
