This is why WWE always stumbles when they try to create compelling storylines and why they will never branch out into the mainstream with all their carny shit. They have to resort to cheap shots to get heat when they shouldn't have to; what Dean did sucks enough as it is and people will boo him for it, it's completely unnecessary to use Roman's health for this. If Roman himself NEVER even referenced his previous health issues to garner sympathy, why the hell are they using it now for this? What this does is transfer any heat that Dean could get to the company itself since well... it's 2018 and the audience knows it's all a work.

This reminds of when Paige used Reid's death to get heat and how fucked up that was. Paige herself was on the verge of crying despite her playing the heel and Charlotte herself was barely holding back. In this case, Dean clearly looks uncomfortable and Seth himself has a bland stare.
