Why are all reboots of shows replacved with Minority actors? Do you see minorities to not be as good as the original caucasian actors?

Magnum PI (main actor is Hispanic)

Head of the Class (no longer on air though, main acrtess was Hispanic)

The Wonder Years (the family is black instead)

The Equalizer (the main person is a black female)

One Day At a Time (the family is Hispanic)

What's odd is all of these shows are written by white people, so I am not sure why they are racially targeting minorities for remakes on purpose. Why not give these actors a brand new show instead of being a "new" version of an older show that had mostly white cast members?
