Also, on a somewhat more serious note, you claim that he is refusing to acknowledge that "not a single pixel is copied", but you are refusing to acknowledge just how similar the two are.
Look at your own gif that you posted, that's the most damning thing against you.
I went ahead and shared that gif of yours with someone who doesn't play the game at all, but is still somewhat familiar to an extent.
