“We’re not a WeWork” - Managing Director of Delta Sky Club

Idk why Delta doesn't just create a "family-oriented, casual" variation of Sky Club. One that is separate from business travelers.

I say this because it's clear from all of the complaining (on this subreddit and ESPECIALLY on the AMEX subreddit with all of the Platinum cardholders), that there is huge and increased demand for airport lounges with increased travel since the pandemic. I think Delta could profit from offering an alternative solution and do away with the AMEX Platinum/Reserve lounge access.

It's clear the business folks don't get along with the families. Either make it more expensive and harder to access for everyone in general, or offer a lower-tier lounge that alleviates the crowding from families and non-frequent fliers in DSC. Maybe that will help with Centurion lounges as well.

In any situation, this Claude idiot seems way out of touch and ignorant to say something like that.
