Re: removal of the Michael Burry index fund article.

There's an article on the front page of the sub about some guy buying solar panels, adding onto his house, having no recognition that what he's doing is bad for the environment not good while he brags about his environmental principles and Tesla buying friends, and just generally asking "What you guys think about environmentalism and FIRE?"

That post has no value, but even if it did it is far less related to FIRE than this article is. Consistency matters. If you want to be strict be strict and only allow posts on the financial math of it all. If you want to have general tangential discussions do that. I don't care too much what you pick if you're consistent.

But don't be surprised when people have bad reactions when they can smell something is off.
