That's not what I said though.
You're saying things are going to happen that absolutely won't.
When I have a bounty up (which isn't often, and most of the time it's accidental) I don't hang around cities, shops, banks or main paths because that's where the guards tend to hang out.
Also, when I do have a bounty up I don't leave my PC without logging that character off first because I've had rogue guards just wander into the wild and grab me before, so I don't take that risk anymore.
When I do have a bounty I usually jump on my horse and ride around gathering plants, runes and other things, I don't stay still long enough for anybody to cloak, get close to me and then attack me.
I'm not responding like a child, I'm responding as the annoyed person the child keeps claiming to have stabbed/shot when they in fact, did not.
All the scenarios people have put forth in which I get killed with a bounty are never going to happen because when I actually do have a bounty I'd never put myself in any of those situations, especially not if/when they release the bounty hunters update, I'll be extra careful then.
The only way for somebody to actually attack me would be if they used a ranged attack to knock me off my horse, and even then my buddy would leap in and start destroying them while I simply healed through it all.
If there were multiple people hunting me/us we probably wouldn't be able to stop/kill them all.
It's funny, never once did anybody put forth that extremely simple scenario.
Seriously, who the fuck is sitting in the bank when they have a bounty?
There are guards RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BANK!
Also who sits anywhere with a bounty and manages their inventory? Especially when they know they might having bounty hunters actively trying to find them?
