“You’re too skinny”

Are you me? Also 6' 34yo, starting from 250 with a 170 GW.

I'm not there yet this time but I've been down to 175 on other previous big weight losses and I've heard the same thing over and over. Just don't listen to it. 6' 170-175 is a perfectly healthy weight and you look great and better than normal. The whole "you're too skinny" or "don't get too skinny" thing always confused me. Like I've had it said to me from people who's partners or adult children were thinner than what I currently was. Your BMI isn't remotely underweight and you don't look anorexic, you just look normal and they wouldn't blink at someone else who has always looked like that. Not sure if it's jealousy, the effect of just seeing someone way thinner than they're used to, or what. It gets super annoying though and kind of undermines your effort, like implying that you don't look good even after all your effort.
