Ready for a new build. ($3,000 USD)

After some back and forth, as well as your input, I am considering this build. I shied away from tri-SLI because I read quite a few people saying that it has issues. I decided the next best thing, albeit being more money would be dual 980's. I decided the i7-4790k would be a happy medium between the 4690k and an X99 setup. 16 GB of RAM because I have the money, and want zero regrets. Let me know what you think, and where I might run into problems, if any.
