Real Person @ the IRS 800-829-3903

I used that number and I talked to someone like 2 hours ago the 1st person i talked to was no help and forwarded me to someone who didn't pick up the phone i had to call back like 12 times to speak to another person then i was told that my paper return hasn't been processed so that's why my ssn wasn't showing in their system when she tried to pull up my info and since they not processing paper returns that's why i haven't got my stimulus yet because my taxes will give them my DD info so she told me that since my taxes aren't even being processed because they haven't even opened the mail technically its like i haven't filed yet so she told me to put in my info into the non filers and it worked so now im waiting 24-48hrs to find out when I'll get my stimulus but at least i finally got to put in my DD info. I feel like the irs website needs to tell people that if they keep getting that weird payment status thing i don't remember what its called but it seems if your taxes isn't being processed yet you can input your DD info using non filer the woman i talked to said that's what her daughter had to do and it's funny because i wanted to do this last month but the website said if you filed you cant do the "non filers" but i guess it depends on your situation if your refund is processing then idk if you can use non filers all i know is mine isn't processing at all because i filed a paper return and they're not processing paper returns and she don't know when they'll start doing that. Another thing this was my 1st year filing and because of that my taxes are gonna take longer and with this covid foolishness who knows how long but i hope not too long.
