Most of the Native American population was decimated by plague before we arrived in the U.S. The VAST majority of their population.
At one point the majority of slaves in the New World were white, Irish and Scots. The Irish were not even considered white. They were popular because they were cheaper than African slaves. Many of them were worked to death, and treated poorly compared to their African counterparts because they cost less and were often in debt. Therefore, they were disposable in comparison. They were even free black slave owners.
These things aren't taught in history class because it goes against the narrative. The elites of this country want to keep us divided along racial lines, instead of class lines, for fear of us working together. That is how they maintain power. This explains the racist rhetoric you hear from the GOP all the time.
Despite what a lot of people say on here, the Civil war had A LOT to do with class, and it is entertwined with slavery.

Whites commit the most crimes by far because we are the majority...and white men can get away with rape, I can't say the same for a black man in a similar situation...white men the msot attractive men really? Really? A whole race as an example of attractiveness? Sorry guy but every race has their uglies and beauties and no one race is inherently, objectively more attractive than the other.
As a poor white person on the bottom of the SES, I'm sick of the generalizations and falsehoods about "whites" and "whiteness" posted here. I'm a white "welfare queen" and the only "white privilege" I've seen in my life is the fact that people ignore me. I never make the news, but black women do all the time. All the talk about gutting welfare, because of the false assumption that everyone on welfare is black, but by sheer numbers most people on welfare are WHITE.
I'm in a relationship with an Asian man and we have a son. I see you guys generalize a lot about our relationships. We are not wealthy or well off at the moment and we don't have a lot going for us in this economy.
