Realistic natty goal ?

Yea this looks like 1 year natty, depending on your genetics, you may be bigger in certain areas and less defined in others. My delts were always crazy big even before I trained them with anabolics. I ate like shit and never worked out, but still stayed highly competitive in sports and had a decent physique despite all the shit I put myself through. Adding drugs to the mix and somewhat focusing on diet blew me up 42 lbs (30 of that muscle) in 3.5 months on just test. I was hairy as a bear since I was 9 and started growing a beard in the 6th grade.

All of that being said, some people will naturally look defined and just be able to eat things you can't. But at the end of it, the only thing that you can change is how hard you work out in the gym. I would bet on the guy eating multiple clean meals a day and working out on a regimented program 6 days a week over the guy running 500mg test + 100mg drol. Most people that start shoving this crap in their bodies end up worse off than they were before the cycle. Stay natural as long as you can, and if you ever decide to use drugs, stick with a moderate test base and never use the bodybuilder dosages of drugs you see on forums. Keep Deca around 400-500mg / week and tren no higher than 350mg / week even if you can tolerate it. Do check-ups with a doctor frequently even if you are not competing or using large amounts of the drugs. Shit like that can build up and potentiate and bite you in the ass fast.

Set a realistic goal for yourself and aim to at least meet it. There's no shame in not being 220lbs at 6% bf.
