Agent Carter and AoS are linked in so many ways. You can’t reference Agent Carter without taking AoS with it by association.

Example: You and I are in the middle of an interaction, acknowledging each others’ existence. Therefore, we will have to accept that everyone we know exists as well, because we both individually know they do.

I think a lot of people want so much more than is realistically possible. So many people want everyone to meet everyone and it’s simply not possible. The fact that we got an Agent Carter nod solidifies that that show is canon, and any reference that show makes to other shows (or vice versa) have become officially canon as well. I mean, they were already, but if you honestly believe it 100% has to be a two-way street (which isn’t how reality works), here you go.

I really hope this ridiculous discussion can stop now. So many people think they want it all to be connected, and then when they get confirmation, they use mental gymnastics to basically say “not good enough, doesn’t count”.

It’s all connected. Has been for a very long time. It’s time we all accept that and just enjoy the ride.
