I really don’t understand the notion when people say, “it’s same game, just play the originals”

... I mean... they are selling it as "brand new" and you are saying it's "brand new" when it's

1- Not sealed

2- Play tested because play testing new items is common?

Why would you trust that this is new, call it new, and then shrug your shoulders and say "you can just get a refund if something is wrong"...

1- if something was wrong, then it's no longer necessarily true nor does your "evidence" support that you can get new copies for $19.99.

2- What is "something is wrong" entailing here? That the item doesn't meet the description? That the item doesn't work?

I mean I have 0 confidence that this is a genuine -or- new cartridge. Either it's a clone and hence the "play testing" and low price, or it's a used cartridge that someone is trying to pass off as new, which is misleading.
