Really high CPU usage with only 1 or 2 programs running?

I use the RuneScape client... Not browser I've looked at the processes and only the RS client is taking up CPU. I've tried to see if there are any services associated with it, and nothing comes up. Java is taking up hardly anything. I've tried removing all add-ons from the browser and that makes little difference (I don't run many anyway)

I dunno, maybe its normal and I'm just paranoid, but I really haven't had this PC long enough for it to become cluttered, and 55% CPU when playing a game like Runescape (And I only use Runescape as an example because its supposed to be a low demand game) seems excessive. And I'm not running many programs at once.
