it really do be like that

> It doesn't matter if the victim is x or x, he **always gets off.**

Well that's factually untrue. "Between 2005 and April 2017, 80 officers had been arrested on murder or manslaughter charges for on-duty shootings. During that 12-year span, 35% were convicted, while the rest were pending or not convicted, according to work by Philip Stinson, an associate professor of criminal justice at Bowling Green State University in Ohio."
Honestly a 35% conviction rate is pretty good considering the conviction rate for felony assault is 45%, and this is trained individuals vs possible mentally unstable civilians. That 35% conviction rate *also* doesn't even include them settling out of court for millions of dollars (for example Baltimore officials in September 2015 approved a $6.4 million settlement with Gray's family). Are you also 100% certain that every single case an officer has his charges dropped his was fully and competently guilty? Did you have more proof than the jury and people who sat in on their cases? If you did why didn't you share it with them?
