Really Mojang.

TL;DR: instead of asking for bugs not to be fixed, ask for them to be fixed and the beneficial parts of bugs to be re-added and polished as features that make more sense in the context of the game.

non buggy feature

There's where you're mistaken. It was buggy, and it was unintended. Literally the reason they removed it is because the buggy code was interfering with new features they were trying to add. Thus, they fixed it.

However, instead of being so negative, I'd like to suggest an alternative thought process. Translocation being a bug that was commonly exploited showed that Minecraft is severely lacking in easy ways to move entities around. Mojang's step 1 was fixing the buggy behavior, and step 2 should now be to implement a polished way to accomplish the same or similar behavior. The one I've commonly seen suggested is that entities on slime blocks moved by pistons stay where they are relative to the block. However, the idea I've had that I'm growing fond of is that dispensers could potentially use fishing rods.

I've also suggested that they "fix" bow flying by adding arrow velocity to player velocity. This would make the player no longer able to shoot themselves in the back. However, in combination with something like recoil on bows proportional to the level of knockback the arrows will impart (equal and opposite reaction, eh?), you could use this to do a lot more than current bow flying. This would also probably require something like "hold shift to look in a direction without gliding that way."

They're trying to do this with the observer block and quasiconnectivity but the community is so obsessed with not letting Mojang fix/polish/improve things (and Mojang hasn't learned how to tell them to just play on an older version if they don't want them fixed).

Basically, try to be constructive with your criticism. They're always going to want to fix bugs and unintended behavior. Take what you like from the bug, and do your best to form it into a complete gameplay idea, then post it over in /r/minecraftsuggestions.
