Recent college graduate, need help with resume.

Ok here is some constructive criticism as someone who has gone through this not too long ago (class of 2018). Font is hard to read, use arial or times new roman. Saying you're "open to any and all opportunities" makes you sound desperate so you should delete that. You say you want a technical job (IT?) but you aren't showing them you have any technical skills. You have to describe some things you can do....for example excel, which is essential for any office job.. If you don't already you can learn things like pivot tables, vlookups, how to make graphs and charts and add it in to your resume under "Skills". Take off food service under skills all the soft skills. They don't care about any of that unless you're applying for food service jobs. Skills should be things like softwares you can use, computer programs, data analysis techniques you know how to do etc. Basically it shouldn't be anything subjective that anyone can write down. "Dependability" is like bare minimum to get hired, it doesn't really tell them a story, they just think you're trying to fill the page.
Also having projects listed is a good idea. Even better if it was a group project. For ODE you want to make it sound as good as possible so you want to say it's for excellent academic achievement in your major.
