Suggestions based on what I saw when I clicked:
Needs: Revisit this, and try to show some sympathy to people who have fallen down a peg or two in life, instead of discarding entirely? Recovery, while not your responsiblity per se, may be possible if they met the right person(e.g. you perhaps?). Sometimes maybe not in the end, but it might be worth extending some grace and seeing what happens.
Dating: Tone it down. Talking good friend/lover/eventual wife is sorta an assumed given progression/biology, and sounds way too heavy, maybe off-putting in words initially for someone who's never even spoken to you. Maybe try to find a way to write it out so that it says what you mean, without being so explicity real-life if you must have it in there. Maybe joke about looking for a Bonnie to your Clyde, a Beyonce to your Jay-Z, etc?
Books: Either change it up for something you've actually read, or mix it up with some funny reason why you haven't, if possible. Technically this isn't a whiff, but nobody you haven't met cares why you haven't read this under normal circumstances, and it's just wasted space.
Gaming: Honestly the only thing I'd mention here to change is just an OCD mention of writing out the Arcanum title properly. This feels like a very weird question for OKC to put someone up to imo. As a gamer, I wouldn't ever directly mention this in a profile as I don't feel it defines me regardless of being a hobby, and it's not widely marketable haha. Your results may vary.
Music: This may be showing my old(er) age, but get rid of "literally" here. Anyone who has been to the venue already knows exactly what you're talking about, and anybody who hasn't isn't assuming your text without the word is figurative. Coffee: Generally fine as-is. If you can wordsmith a funny way to replace it all for a way to explain why mochas are the win, then I'd say try for it.
Sci-Fi & Fantasy: Nothing wrong with what you express here given your interests, but comb through it and fix the grammar.
