Everything is spot on in my opinion except for one thing, which I’m sure other people have mentioned too: video length. If you have other long videos I would go into YouTube studio and look at the retention graphs on those. You started to lose me around 12-15 minutes in, and that’s purely because of the short attention span that the internet has conditioned me to, rather than the content of your video. I love the video idea and what you did with it, but if you’re committed to having everything up there, there’s no harm in making a 2-part series for one idea. Or, for that matter, make it three parts! If it’s a good idea then that’s 3x the views, and you’ll come out with a lot more watch time!

Also, if you added a couple words from the title of the video to the thumbnail I think that would help. Best of luck to you, keep it up!
