Recommendations of exercises for pained bodies?

When I started back on my weight loss journey I also felt stuck and unsure what to do. I started by committing to myself that every single day I would watch and follow along with a yoga tutorial video on YouTube. Yoga is a lot harder than you might think and a great low impact way to start working your muscles.

There are a lot of beginner friendly 30 day yoga challenges on YouTube, I think I started with Yoga with Adriene, who has multiple 30 day challenges for different skill levels including beginner.
