Recovered from cannabis addiction but wondering what the implications are if i try to smoke responsibly

There is nothing wrong with it if you try to moderate your consumption. Your advantage is that you have not consumed for a while and your tolerance has fallen accordingly. You can see it as an opportunity to strengthen your integrity. You can think of it as a kind of evolution of yourself. The factor that many people describe here, when they fall back into their old patterns of behavior, is the lack of integrity. What do I mean by that? I mean that you do not let yourself be distracted by your dependence. Of course, at the moment it does sound utopian to smoke now and stop tomorrow. It takes a long time and persistence, but the more you resist, the more you grow. I know that some people have a very different opinion here than me, and that's a good thing, because everyone has to decide for themselves whether consuming a substance interferes with their own lives and I do not want to encourage you to behave in any way. Only you can judge whether you want to expend the energy for this change, or you are not worth investing so much life energy in this area.

Nevertheless, I would like to give you some advice from my own experience. For me, microdosing with a vaporizer has changed my basic attitude towards consumption. I'm talking about ~0.5 g. I managed to reduce from 2 grams a day to a 0.5 head with a double espresso.

If you have suggestions or want to criticize me, you can contact me at any time. My English is very limited and I apologize for my mistakes.

I wish you a good evening and good luck.
