Red Bull demands "fast and reliable" engine after Bahrain failure

Marko that they had looked at doing that, but that it simply was too expensive.

Which is why customer teams asking for a spending cap is infuriating. They all know how expensive and complicated it is to build these hybrid engines, and yet they want to massively limit the amount of money that teams can spend, which would massively hamper the manufacturer's ability to build better engines, and would benefit the likes of Red Bull/McLaren/etc.

All I hear from those teams is whining about the engines they get to mask all their other problems. McLaren used Honda as a scapegoat even when the issues were mechanical, and ever since Red Bull started falling back towards the 3rd spot, it's becoming increasingly Renault's fault.
