The Red Pill is a SHOCK to the system

It's all a shock to the system really. People do in fact live their entire life having never questioned what their society feeds them, and so the unraveling of your reality begins to deconstruct all of the ego buffers and mental attachments.

And once you begin to see the reality of how mechanical humans actually are, and the lies made to distance ourselves from the reality of our primal nature, other things begin to unravel too.

You see the way that parts of society and your peers are trying to ensure you don't succeed or question the rules. You see the way media and governments collude to sway populous opinion and your reality based on attachment to ideas and concepts is destroyed.

You really have to go through a process of rebuilding your reality.

I liken it to the quote from one of my favorite films (even though the context is very different)..

Imagine if you suddenly learned that the people, the places, the moments most important to you were not gone, not dead, but worse, had never been. What kind of hell would that be?

I had similar feelings when I discovered that this magical power of love that I had agonized for years in search of, was nothing more than an linguistical construct used to describe a collection of powerful emotions as a higher power.

It was a conditioned phenomena that people base their entire lives around, and I knew I could never go back.

I began to see the mechanics behind the most important moments to me, I saw the reasons why those people did these things.

Eventually though I was able to realize that the knowledge of these mechanics enables you to experience the joy of love and emotions without an unrealistic attachment or expectations of people.
