Things have changed though. All of the esports players do not deal with the owners anymore they deal with the managers and staff at FaZe. FaZe is up to 20 full time employees and have office space in downtown LA. They have rent of 3 mansions in three different cities and have Salaries of esports players $100,000+.

I understand where you are coming from, that they didn’t sell the company but they have investors.

I have a hard time believing that these investors invest into a business that they don’t have control over. That wouldn’t be good business.

These investors are not dumb. They know that they need to keep the content guys because that’s where a majority of fans are from in FaZe. Including myself. I’ve been involved with FaZe for about 4-5 years. Esports for 3. Unlike the Red team where they don’t need those guys because they simply don’t bring enough fans to keep the un needed cost.
