Reddit, what is your favorite place on the web to discuss politics away from radical groups?

Thats not at all what im suggesting but your post perfectly exemplifies the problems with identity politics and the progressives that weild them today. Everything is black and white. There is no gray area. Because i hold one stance you think im some kind of stereotype of what i believe you would call a brogressive. I think the problem is people like you who probably adhere to the ideology professed on the far left (i.e. critical race theory, punching up, etc) think that your beliefs are infallible. There is no room for growth. There is no critical thinking. It is the definition of an echo chamber. Its not working. Its just continueing to reinforce tribalism and division. Its incredibly niave to think you can generalize white people as a whole while insulting them in the form of punching up and expect them to all just go along with it. All this does is reinforce a white identity and embolden white supremecist. The problem with identity politics is eventually the demographic youre attacking realizes they have an identity too. Its tearing us apart just as much as the alt right is. In this dogmas our differences are now more important than what we have in common. Fighting racism with more racism is incredibly shortsighted.
