At a summer Sunday afternoon kegger in a small-town backyard, a bunch of us 21-25 year old guys were hanging out, listening to a radio, and throwing a football around. Usual guy stuff...chewing tobacco, motorcycles, story-telling.

From up the alley approached two obviously very young teen girls who were curious as to what was going on. As the homeowner said 'hello" in a neighborly way, one of the guys, Jeff, sneaks up behind one of the girls, pulled out his cock, and rubbed it on her hip! Then, as they (and we) stared in shock...he did it to the other one! WTF????

Some of guys laughed as did the assaulter but I know I didn't and neither did another dude...and Jeff was still chasing them around with it out. Finally Jeff's best buddy made him stop (he wasn't laughing either) and the girls ran off. I took off with the other guy who wasn't so amused but we were the only ones.

We drove back by about 30 minutes later to see three police cars at the house. We just kept on riding. They arrested Jeff for two counts of sexual assault on a minor. Every one else there was put through some questioning but weren't charged. Jeff got into some real trouble and it fucked him up life-wise for decades...who knows what was in his head?
