Reddit, what's your best story about your dog?

Me and my beloved wife were trying years for a baby. we never have the luck. It looked as though we will never have a child. Saddened, they carried on with their lives.

One day, I met someone at work.

This cute little abandoned puppy was homeless and looking to be adopted. So I adopted him! He was a lively, fun-loving little pooch. A real find.

Inquisitive, loving, intelligent…

But something wasn’t right. I wasn’t 100%. So we took our new dog – now named ‘Cao Ni Ma’ – to the vet.

We found out the dog have liver cancer. It was the most heartbreaking news to us. We try a few different vet, looking solution after solution. We tried tons of different treatment. Till now i still remember the sound she made when she passed away.

I still remember the morning she passed away, we brought him to the beach. She was so happy, she ran and collected so many big Shells that i still keep on my office table.

I will never forget you. Looking at all the shells on my table just tear me up now. The number of shells on my table now is around tree fiddy.
