Redditors that don't hate going to work every day, what do you do?

I supervise people in pre-trial services. The Pay is so-so but the benefits are great, I have a sweet little office of my own with a giant window, 20 minutes commute, the schedule is a stable 8h30 to 4h30 (but also flexible), I work with a great team and, most importantly, I really believe in what we do. I basically alleviate human suffering by helping alleged offenders get out on bail with us and then help connect them to various services while also holding the accountable to the court until their matters are disposed of. Nearly all my clients are either homeless or suffering from mental health and/or addiction issues. I really like it right now.
