I am a 3D modeler/Designer for a company that designs and manufactures bus duct for power plants across the world... the structure of this place is just awful.. managers are incompetent.. pay is sub-par.. I have good benefits but there's no long term motivators.. no ladder to climb no sense of accomplishment... I feel like the guy from office space when hes explaining how he only does about 4 hours of actual work each week because its just enough to not get him fired. I feel like there's no reason to work hard because I would gain nothing from it.. we take jobs with stupid budgets and deadlines that we cant meet.. we basically set ourselves up to fail... but Im stuck in this hell hole for the time being.. Im from mississippi and this best job I can get atm.. all I want to do is get the hell out of this backwards ass state leave this stupid ass company and find a rewarding and fulfilling career... excuse my lack of grammar, like I said Im from mississippi...
