Redditors who have been on a reality tv show such as Hardcore Pawn or Pimp my ride or Pawn stars how FAKE was it?

My brother was on a spin off of "Fatal Attractions" called "Fatal Attractions: Intervention"

He owns a lot of reptiles, breeds them, does school shows, etc etc. The team contacted him saying they were with some show called "Living With Predators" and wanted to show off what it was like to care for these animals.

They ended up bringing in some 'expert' guy and for a week it was awesome, they took my brother to huge zoos and all sorts of cool stuff.

But then on the last day, the 'expert' ended up calling my brother out for having venemous snakes and was saying he was going to get his kids and himself killed. My brothers, obviously, blew up and they got it all on camera.

The show aired as a pilot but is stupid hard to find now. I'm pretty sure the show never took off. Things weren't nearly as bad as they made it seem on the show and they kept trying to get him to have his animals 'strike the camera!' and all this other crazy stuff.

I did cry during the episode because I was worried about my brother handling hot snakes and they basically brain washed me through the filming...

The three crew members, two from the UK and one from up north here in the US, were awesome people. They totally lied to us but hey, that was their job. Still rad folks.

OH! They also said we live in the 'DEEP SOUTH' when we're like 20 minutes from Greenville, SC. lol.
