Redditors who quit their jobs in a blaze of glory, what's your story?

Worked as a Yard Clerk for a major food distributor. I was promised a big raise ($12 starting to $14) within 6 months if I worked my ass off. My Mon-Friday schedule was brutal, 3am until 3-4pm(usually until the last truck leaves the docks). After a year and seeing no advancement oppurtunities(was offered to work within the warehouse as a loader, no pay increase and more hours on top of what I was working) I decided to say fuck it. Since everyone in the warehouse never liked me from the start(since I'm a "race traitor"), I decided to fuck them all over.

You see, every trucker has to make an appointment to drop their cargo off inside our warehouse. Of course, I typically get 15 truckers a day WITHOUT appointments, meaning they would have to wait until 3pm(regardless of what time they showed up. If someone showed up at 5am, they have to wait until 3) to be accepted. Anywho, it's never a first come first serve basis. I strictly followed the appointment schedule.

After being passed up for advancement/favoritism, I decided to change the appointment policy to first come first serve basis that day. Truckers that had their appointments at 11-2pm were dropping their cargo off at 7am instead. It was pure chaos for everyone inside. How so? Well if the loaders were to recieve a shipment earlier than normal, they would have to find a spot inside the warehouse until they finish loading the empty containers. Now, imagine getting cargo(25,000 lbs+) constantly in a row, to only find out there's no more room in the warehouse.

As soon as the first manager arrived, I took my vest off and said I'm done. He tried to plead with me, basically offering $16/hr if I stayed. I told him he was 6 months late on the offer.
