I’ve had a fair share of shitty bosses over the years but there was one guy who hired illegal immigrants and kept them on his land in poor living conditions. I saw a few people collapse in the summer heat (no breaks and we wasn’t allowed and drinks)

He would just step over them and ignore them and anyone trying to help them would get threatened to be fired (if they were a legal worker) or he threatened to call the authorities if they were illegal and get them deported. No one died as far as I know though.

He was reported and fined, but he’s still in business and still to this day I’ve heard he still pulls whatever shit he can.

He is very entitled, never worked a day in his life as he inherited all his money and just seems to come to his businesses that were left to him in order to flaunt his money and power.
