Redditors who visited Morocco, How was your experience ?

Besides shitty toilets everywhere except in hotels, run down hotels (except one) and people trying to hustle you 24/7 it was pretty good.

If you ate basically couscus each time it was ok, if you tried something like pizza it was shit (at least it was in Essaouira)

Guides and hotel employees were pretty well mannered but the general population knows you are a tourist so they are a bit to pushy in my opinion, and you are guaranteed to get ripped off everwhere except the few places with fixed prices.

Be aware of dealers in marrakech and don't follow them inside any apartment like me and my friends did (they wouldn't let us go before we payed them enough, we also got ripped off lol) But we managed some days earlier to get some "trees" from locals for 1/10 of the price, but do this at your own risk. Also avoid the space cakes men at the beach in Essaouira (they don't work)

Alcohol is pretty hard to come by except in hotels and cities with the most amount of tourists. You can of course get a menu of 1 red wine and 1 white wine in some places. More expensive westernized restaurants had basically everything you wanted but was pricey.

Fresh pressed orange juice was fucking great I remember almost everywhere.

Also don't get to drunk, for example in Agadir every bar was basically a brothel/bar combo. With the girls standing by the bar and their pimps right behind, this can lead to a anxiety filled hangover.

I don't know what to say, it was an interesting experience absolutely, we were everywhere from big cities to rural towns which you only could access by foot/horse. Some places are very pretty and some places looked like an Iraq war movie without the soldiers.

Would I visit again? Maybe, but not in the nearest future, I rather prefer my vacation in Italy or France.
