reflection on struggles losing weight

Focus on free weights and really pushing your body to build that strength. In my opinion bar exercises and slow movements are perfect for gaining strength and go hand in hand. I love the energy and the grind to put on muscle and build. Im currently doing a Bulking series on my youtube, I train in Jiu Jitsu so im eating upwards to 5500 calories a day. Ive already gained 10 pounds in about a week, follow along with me and maybe we can bulk together.
