'Reflections' with HotshotGG | Thooorin

1) Would you throw out your star player during the season? It would have damaged his brand even more than throwing him out now. Who do you get for him and why would TSM trade adcs DURING THE SPLIT? That would be stupid because your team needs to play and practice for gods sake. We saw in Elements how changing people from one game to the other (with not enough practice) looks.

2) He said that he gave his players 1 year contracts so that they can negotiate with other teams and get more money in the end because he will try to pay more than other organisations. The poaching rules of League are the reason for this not happening. By 1 year contracts player can leave and play in another team if they dont like their current team. I am from Germany, so I dont understand the not poaching lines anyway. Why cant you talk to the players as a team owner and why should an org give you the right to talk to a player they want? It is like monopolizing something and taking it from the free market and that means that the player doesnt get what he could get and that is a choice: He can leave the org for more money and stuff or he can stay in the organization where he was all the time without taking the risk of moving and not fitting into a team.

3) Link and Santorin arent the worst players that ever played League of Legends, they are probably better than most of us, but they arent the best at their position. What HSGG means with "hell" is the buisness, that consists of practicing till you are burnt out, streaming and being beaten up in social media. If you dont have a thick enough skin or dedication, you wont make it far.

Did you even watch the interview completely or did you click 5 times into the video to hope to find something interesting that you could post on reddit?
