I use stealth fairly often, so being able to distract, ping (seeing all enemies through walls), turn turrets friendly, hack into or turn off cameras, and so on, is pretty useful.

I add reflex into the build for an ambush play style like in this vid. You can just cripple their movement, blind them, make them lose all memory and awareness, whatever, and just take advantage of the chaos lol.

Double jump, movement buff perks, and that cyberware perk that slows time (but not your movement speed) when youre spotted adds a lot too.

I like to imagine this badass moving faster than you can make sense of slashing everyone down with an electric katana lol.
