I regret my breast reduction

Thing is, I cant believe (saying metaphorically - I DO believe YOU) that now, in 2019, with all the technology and infrastructure there is in the plastic surgery industry, that a patient can go under the knife without sitting down at some sort of model, looking at it with the surgeon, and agreeing/signing off on that as the desired outcome. I mean, you wouldnt just go to an architect and 'tell them' what you want and then have your house remodelled without looking at some sort of sketch or plan first. To agree on dimensions, aesthetics, how the thing will look when implemented.

Surely an operation like this, but without that, is a case for malpractice?
