Regular Check-In Post

Been struggling to quite some ideation in these few days. However the meds schedule seems to be working in keeping them back. Mood swings all over the day, I change from wanting to crush the future ( in a positive sense) to feeling doomed and overwhelmed. Will have to wait saturday to see some friends close up and relax. Preparing just this big final for this semester, I wanted to do more but it would have been unfeasible for my mental health. My slowness in uni worries me at times, but I am not really that far back with the programs, it seems to be symptomatic to many people in the course.

I just returned to therapy after having quit a year and half ago. The therapist knows me well, I was quite a bit distraught during this session but I'm hopeful for the rest. Having docs follow you even if only once a week is better than nothing.
