Regulations to crack down on Dublin rickshaw drivers could be on the way soon

Yes, and do you think who has $15k saved will want to study English in the US? That's a prohibitive amount

And? It might stop English language speaker resort to black market work

Now, how many Rickshaw drivers there are and how many were dealing drugs? Don't generalize

Well mate, you were BSing that they were taking jobs that Irish didnt want to work. So it is grand when you generalise, but not when I do it? Um....

Funny, nothing showed up on google, what showed up is an increase in NI as well (page 3) http://www.fpa.org.uk/sites/default/files/northern-ireland-sexually-transmitted-infections.pdf which shows it is not only ROI to blame (or south americans) Here's ROI stats http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/new-cases-of-hiv-hit-highest-levels-in-five-years-336964.html

You didnt have to google. I linked you a comprehensive document with all the HIV stats for Ireland which breaks it down for country of origin etc. Not a basic newspaper article with no decent stats in it. If you read the doc I linked, rather than that half baked article you would see the sizeable amount of latin americans testing positive for HIV in Ireland
