Rehoming our puppy.

Huh... you misconstrued almost everything I said in the original post. I can't see why saying my dog will be going to a nice shelter with kind workers when that's literally true? I've seen the shelter, spoken to some staff and volunteers, seen reviews by other people who have rehomed their pet through this shelter. I don't know why you're so determined to make me feel even worse than I do already when I'm doing the right thing. This shelter isn't overcrowded and they have staff and plenty of volunteers, I know that for a fact. This is a shelter that vows never to put a healthy dog to sleep, but I guess I could be wrong since you seem to know everything about every shelter ever, 'LOL'. Nala isn't being taken to a pound, but a shelter. There's a difference.

Like I said, I've cared for and raised puppies before, sadly this one just isn't working out. If being nonchalant about adopting and putting dogs up for adoption means discussing it at lengths with my family, then so be it.
