Yup and yup! Notoriously liberal and democratically run Oregon recently declared that high school students do not need to pass reading, writing and math tests to graduate high school.

The reason? Basically, they think POC and ESL students are too stupid to pass the tests, so they just eliminated them. Of course they couched it in politically correct terms and called it a 'big win for students'. Oregon residents were horrified, because it is blatant racism dressed up as something 'good for them'.

This was also a back-door, secret bill signing that government refused to discuss publicly. At all. It wasn't voted on, it wasn't presented to the public at all until after it was a done deal.
