A relapse but a victory as well

Great start man. My best advice is get out of the dorm more if at all possible. Join study groups, join activities, go to study halls instead of working in your dorm, just getting out of the domicile in which you often relapse in is a huge help. Hang out with friends more if you have those people around.

Furthermore, find hobbies to replace masturbation with. Luckily for me, eventually my urge to fap during the day went away, so it's only tough for me during the nights now. Instead of fapping play an extra round of your favorite video games, or watch that lecture video you've been putting off, just small steps like this are all it takes to rebuild your life in a better manner.

And if you find yourself in a situation where you 'know' you're going to relapse (you probably know that feeling), remember why you started in the first place, to stop yourself from feeling like a lonely loser who can't pull any romantic partner (or for whatever other reason you may have).

You also need to remember, nothing is permanent. Your life can change in an instant, mine did the second I made the decision not to fap and stuck to it. Whatever hole you may be in, you can climb out of it, and I bet you know how to do it deep inside. Stick to your morals and you'll gain confidence as you'll soon feel like you own your words (what you say and think has real meaning to you).

Good luck out there man, we are the next generation. Lets rise up together and lead this broken world to a better future :).
