yas can do literally nothing level 1 (spam dash, k, 0 damage, also pushes the wave towards the enemy, leading to an easy freeze, which is an insta lost lane as a melee carry bot), gragas is in the alistar boat.
this means they're at the other lanes mercy until at least level 2, which allows the other lane to set up a bounce and a freeze
you're turbo dead if we're in a higher skill bracket and the jungler realizes this is happening and hovers botside waiting for them to break the freeze, or them to call their jungler to break it for the countergank.
