Remember Scientology's propaganda video about Going Clear? I made a video examining every claim they made.

Claim 1: He said, she said. In this case, both are out. Both are saying the other did not comply to requests.

Claim 2: Attacking the father of Gibney is not fair play, as he is deceased and unrelated. Yet, the film is about Scientology and delves into the life of L. Ron Hubbard (as per reviews) as well. Sounds fair on this point.

Claim 3: Marty Rathburn as a source. What was wrong with this? This one I didn't understand what the claim was.

Claim 4: Marty Rathburn describes a facility as a prison camp. But the actual quote is something similar to concentration camps and prison camps, plural. This seems like semantics. It seems the church is correct in their statement for this one.

Claim 5: He said, she said again here. Ex-scientololgists called it "the hole," Scientology calls it nazi propaganda to call it that and uses video to show an "immaculate" kind of place. Both are out.

Claim 6: Soundstages. No comment, as you agree with this.

Claim 7: Open for public tours. Someone with a camera attempts to get a tour, and denied. Based on how often Scientology is harassed, (referencing Chanology back in 2006 I believe), that makes sense. There also seems to be no date associated with the person trying to get a tour. Your email correspondence drops off - what time was all that sent? I mean, if you just sent it and created the video, I would think there would be allowed due diligence to answer back on that. There may be an interesting side note in that public may mean something different here in this context. It can be assumed that Scientology means all public, but they may be referring to Scientology public, or public related to media corporations. I did like the look of the soundstages, but that's just a personal remark.

Claim 8: You're right, the ant things are annoying. You say Gibney claims that another building is the one that they aren't talking about. Getting close to the he said, she said area where neither are right or true. The only real way to remove this claim would be... like a drone or something, getting an aerial shot down to ground level of all the buildings.

Claim 9: You claim that there is an out of context quote that Scientology uses. +1 Point to you on this one.

Claim 10: Gibney calls Golden Era Productions a prison camp. This might have to be left up to the movie/documentary to see. I'm not sure if Scientology/Scientologists have seen the doc, and are now commenting upon it, or just from reviews and published things by the media.

Claim 11: The CNN 360 - I'm not sure what relevance this has. Can you explain that further? Or just the fact that the promotional videos are on their own website? You also reference that there have been previous claims against Scientology - this doesn't seem relevant, unless you're building up a case history of Scientology and their acts?

Claim 12: Marty Rathburn is claimed by Scientology to have worked/lived at the compound of the suggested prison site. You then show him talking about random abuse by Miscaviage (sp?). Then the disconcerting throw to his current residence. I don't follow this either, not sure how it relates. More of the he said/she said stuff.

The club MED promo looks awesome though.

Overall? This just looks like a constant he said/she said kind of thing - it makes me wonder how verifiable the documentary is when it comes out. Patiently waiting.
