I saw some uncompressed 4K images of Demons Souls and my jaw was on the floor at how good some of the stills looked and I believe they were gameplay snippets. I am a graphics whore myself and refuse to play old games because of it. As good as those 4K images look, I’ll take the FPS mode over it. People will be shocked at how much easier that game will be at higher frames compared to when they originally played it.

After consistently playing a smooth 60 FPS in big open world titles like Red Dead 2 and Witcher 3 on my PC, 30 fps is stiff man. It’s not a”hard on” as you put it, it’s just experience.

Back to the original analogy, imagine you are used to dating 10/10s. Would a 5/10 still entice you? Honestly m8.

Having said all that, I will still be playing Ghost of Tsushima next month at 30 FPS and have fun because of the atmosphere and story/lore. All I’m trying to say is we should have options since that CPU is stellar.
