alright then once again, no it doesnt. roaming pvp exists because of pve and territory. saying a few people pvp'ing in 10bn ships is in any way affecting roaming pvp is actually dumb. Instanced PvE affects hunting. Instanced 1v1 cruiser PvP does nothing but add a unique thing, because there wasnt enough people doing it to make other parts of space empty (like abys pve ing eneral has now)
i had 4 friends quit when they took this out. they did black rise lowsec pvp, not any sort of pve at all that changed roaming so ur legit just going "hurr durr they aint in da space so derp they must not be in ishtars so i can E L I T E P V P them to death" despite that never happening. at all. once. ever.
they took away a unique, fun thing and people liek you celebrate it then go "oh man why arent people logging in".
